Larger group than I was expecting since the Huntersville Half happening last weekend.
Simple Plan:
1/2 mile warmup
200m at mile pace, 200m recovery pace (x4)
400m at 5k pace, 400m recovery pace.
Repeato AMRAP
Lots of guys training for Myrtle. Should be a good group out here going forward.

Truly thought I could show up not having run on Saturday and it’d just be me and the Q and we’d head to coffee but still get credit in the BB. Instead, all these guys showed up and Vandelay ran us. Accountability, I suppose.
