“Why Not Q” tour Stop #2 – PAINisula + Burpees, Gotta be a Mistake

Stop #2 on the "Why Not Q" Tour rolled into PAINisula for a return egagement.  Yeah it was raining, yeah it was wet, but it was not that bad.  YHC had a solo standard before the beatdown and returned just in the nick of time to get the modest group of PAX going.  Just like a good rock band on tour, I wanted to make sure there was consistency in the workouts across the AO's I will visit this week.  As such, today was a repeato of yesterdays Q (And if you ask LaBon and Scud, they would tell you it sucked!)

Upfront Disclaimer:  I was not aware of the unwritten rule of no Burpees at PAINisula – and if I was aware, it wouldn't have mattered anyway.

Regardless of the harsh conditions, and the craziness of the expected workout, all PAX were dedicated to executing all required reps – even Outlaw!

Hats off to Wipeout for his participation this morning, even though he just got out of the hospital a week ago after having pneumonia!  Dr. Outlaw agreed that was probably not wise

The mumblechatter was good and steady, which I like, and some of it even influenced YHC to slightly alter the workout – thanks Omega

Finally, I care about the PAX fitness so I take my responsibility not to dissapoint the PAX seriously.  Below is how it all went down:

Time for some 4-corners of pain 

LAP 1 – We started at corner 1 and executed 10 Burpees OYO – then proceed as a group to corner 2, 10 Burpees OYO, corner 3 and 4 10 Burpees OYO and return to start! (40 Burpees total)

LAP 2 – repeato at each corner 5 Burpees OYO + 20 LBC IC (20 Burpees + 160 LBCs)

LAP 3 – repeato, at each corner 5 Burpees OYO + 15 LBCs OYO + 20 Squats IC (20 Burpees + 60 LBCs + 160 Squats)

LAP 4 – repeato, at each corner 5 Burpees + 15 LBCs + 15 Squats + 5 CDDs IC (20 Burpees + 60 LBCs + 60 Squats + 40 CDDs)
