Back to jogging to the next street, then 25 hand release merkins
Then completed the circle back to the club house.

jogged to bottom of hill
– suicides
- run to first tree burpee, run back burpee
- run to 2nd tree 2 burpees, run back burpee
- repeat till 5th tree
to rock pile, get rock carry to circle
rocks down switch 1 to the right, 20 curls IC
– rocks down 1 to the right, 15 shoulder press IC
– rocks down 1 to the right, 15 bent over row IC
– rocks down 1 to the right, 15 rock squats IC
– rocks down 1 to the right, 15 triceps one IC
set rocks aside
run around circle, 3 hand release merkins
run around circle, 4 hand release merkins
run around circle, 5 hand release merkins
rocks back, jog to bottom of hill, 20 Carolina Dry Docks
Jog back to start
– LBC
– touch them heels
– crunchy frog
– heels to heaven

I thought it was a well-balanced work out with running and a mix of exercises. I think the PAX was happy I didn't do any stupid Kosar like Post.
