Despite warning that YHC would be the Q, 10 pax showed to take on the Cherry Bomb. At 0530 we took off for a whole lot of running, which ended up taking us right back where we started! Disclaimer was given and then we started up:
Warmarama
- SSH x 15 IC (complaints about knees already happening)
- IST x 10 IC
- Hillbillies x 10 IC
- Squats x 10 IC (knee complaints come back)
- Air Deadlifts x 10 IC
- Lunges x 10 IC (more knee complaints)
- Calf raises x 10 IC (EVEN MORE KNEE COMPLAINTS)
YHC informed the pax that the best way to fix their unstable knees is to do more leg workouts to strengthen them. A rain of scoffs and scorn were rained down upon me. Back to running!
The Thang
Run to the top of the hill on Chaddsley for 11s. 1 squat at the top and 10 CDDs at the bottom. We got to about the halfway mark when YHC had to call an audible for time. Cross through the green space to Hugh Torrance. Quadraphelia up the hill stopping every two houses for incremental merkins. We did 1,2,3,4, and 5 for a total of 15 merkins (weak sauce, I know). Run to Queen's corner for Freddy Mercury x 10 IC. Run back to launch.
Mary
- One-legged Glute Bridge x 10 IC each side. The pax acknowledged that these are actually burners when you have one leg up. Maybe Rodeo will finally spice up his granddad's glute bridges and try these out.
- LBC x 15 IC
- J-Lo x 15 IC. Plank for 15 seconds.

- Thanks to those who came out to support. Glad to see Enron abandon DS for the day. Good to see TC out crushing bootcamps (where were the other GBs?!)
- Chad 1000x coming up in 3 weeks at GCC on 11/11. 1000 step ups (weight or unweighted) is gonna suck. But the pax will be there and that will be awesome.
- Amen was rather silent today – must have had his fiber.
- The pax all agreed that we'd like to see Ponch use excessive force on Toxic. Maybe a fundraiser event for the upcoming Christmas Party?
