9 Pax plus a Pup (Tripper….. not Trigger, I'm terrible with names) came out to a BRP w/ The Estate convergence on a beautiful Spring morning!

Warmarama: 

• Mosey from parking lot to center circle on soccer field
• SSH
• IST
• TS
• Merican

The Thang:

• Grab a sandbag from the soccer field and bring to one end of field:
  • Zamperini to mid field
  • 10 Shoulder Press
  • Zaperini to other baseline
  • 10 Squat
  • Zamperini back to mid field
  • 10 Curl
  • Zamperini to baseline
  • 10 Skull Crusher
    • (ALL WITH SANDBAG)
  • Repeato two times upping the reps by 5 each time (15 then 20 of each)
• Return sandbags then mosey to stairs by football field
  • Running and jumping up stair set
    • Round 1:
      • Running: 1 Step per foot Jumping: Every step
      • 5 Burpees at top after each
    • Round 2:
      • Running: 2 Steps per foot Jumping: 2 steps
      • 10 Burpees at top after each
    • Round 3
      • Running: As many steps as you can Jumping: As many steps as you can
• Mosey to baseball fields
  • Break into groups of 3
    • 1 person at each foul pole
    • As a team, 150 mericans (Left Field Pole) and 150 WW2 sit ups (Right Field Pole)
    • As 1 partner does mericans and the other does WW2 at each foul pole, third partner ran from one foul pole to the other and switched with whoever was there.
• Partner carry back to parking lot
  • Alternating every 30ish steps
