Four showed for a good start to the week. Little chilly but we got moving quick.

4+ miles running with pain stations sprinkled in:
1) Burp & Merk: drop down to merkin position, 1 merkin, up to finish burpee, down again, 2 merkins, up to finish……up to 10 (10 burpees, 55 merkins)
2) Plank set with 10 Wide, 10 Regular, 6 Diamond Merkins back to back as main part
3) Same as #2
4) Picnic tables in Gazebo – 20 derkins, 20 dips, 15 derkins, 15 dips, 10 derkins, 10 dips
5) Burp & Merk

- Q learning that Grip loves the run. Workout title from his text last night making sure we'd be covering some pavement.
- 6am start given holiday may have brought some additional attendance.

- Germanator slept through the police (car and helicopter) response to the neighbors home alarm over the weekend. Heard there were no sirens, but still…..wish I slept that well.
