Windy Gap Retreat Workout

Our SLCA Windy Gap trip is always a welcomed retreat for our High Schoolers and faculty! Since I was chaperoning the Freshman boys, and Copperhead (Senior) were there, we thought we’d try to enlist other guys to join us for a workout. Since no one else wanted to wake up early, it was just the two of us. 🙂

The Thang:

-Warm up (IST, SSH, Run to the top of the hill and then some) **altitude was an issue.. thought I was gonna pass out. 

Dora Workout (alternating running between partners) *5 Rounds

I had a great time with Copperhead! It was a joy to be his middle school teacher, and see him lead a great workout in the mountains. Well done, buddy!
