Partner up for a lap around the bus lot.

• P1: Farmer Carry
• P2: Mericans x 20 OYO, then run to partner and flip flop.

Head for cover as rain and wind picked up.

• People’s Chair w/ Block Presses x 10 IC
• Curls x 12 IC
• Skull Crushers x 12 IC
• Block Swings x 12 OYO

Run a lap around bus lot and return to covered area

It was a windy and sorta rainy morning, but the temps were great! Not as much mumblechatter as usual, but it may have been the block…nobody knows? Big thanks to Turncoat for the nudge to Q this morning, as it’s always an honor.  Prayers up for Pillager’s co-worker Jonathan who was just diagnosed with cancer. Everyone needs to sign up for Sweet Tooth 8K on March 22nd and The Polar Bear is this Saturday.
