Seven PAX gathered at The Sword on a crisp 26′ morning for a beatdown featuring wall calisthenics and running. The workout kicked off with a quick warm-o-rama, including 50 SSH and other fun, before diving into rounds of various wall workouts and people chair variations. Between wall circuits, the PAX hit the pavement for laps around the AO, mixing strength and endurance for a full-body challenge. We closed with Mary, a solid COT, and a reminder to carry the strength and camaraderie we build here into our families and communities. SYITG!
