Mosey to the back playground area

Box Jumps x12 

Monkey Bars – 2 complete times across 

Plyometric Push Ups x 8 

Pull ups x 20

Side Straddle Hops x 35 

Block curls x 12 

Skull crushers x 10 

Shoulder press x 10

30 second hang from pull up bars 

Hanging leg raises x 20 

Block carry to the top corner of launch pad 

Plank 

10 Burpees 

Run to the top of little hill then to the top of Big hill 

Once we arrive there -10 Burpees 

Plank 

Run from top of Big across to top of little hill

Then run back to launch pad so we can pickup blocks

to take them back to the rear playground area. 

Mosey back to launch pad to do Mary:
