after the pledge we headed to top of parking lot for COP: the usual (SSH, iST, Merkins, etc). I know this because ChatGpt, when consulted to design a 45 minute heat down at The Wilderness, gave me the same COP 5 times in a row.

not wishing to follow the whims of Skynet, we went for the Jukebox workout.

Play songs from my phone on shuffle; if pax guesses the song (artist and/or song title), they pick an exercise. If no pax can guess, run a lap to tree and back.
