Working off the weekend bread loaves


6 pax met in the Monday morning gloom to participate in a bootcamp designed to enhance their youth and vigor. It looked a little like this:

Mosey to the fountains: Dips IC, Step ups, Decline Merkins IC, Low Flutter IC, run a lap. (Bouncey House notifies YHC that he is beginning to sweat)

Repeato x 2, switching to Incline Merkins IC and Regular Merkins IC at each round. (Bouncey House outruns a car on the second lap…Kudos!)

Mosey to greenway hill & partner up: Partner 1 AMRAP LBCs, Partner 2 runs to top of hill and burpees x 5. Flapjack.

Repeato x 2, Partner 1 then doing Carolina Dry Docks and then Squats. 

Recover recover

8 pax then discussed what it means to be humble, including Phillipians 2: 3-4 and Matthew 23: 10-12. Excellent conversation as always, with several take home points and practical application insights for YHC this coming week.
