Warm a rama:
- Mosey to far end of the parking lot
- SSH, Toy Soldier, IST, and newly named Deep Pockets
- Mericans, Mountain Climbers
- Run from one curb to the other doing burpees at each curb. 10 down to 1
The Thang:
- ?Mosey down Bailey Rod to the bottom of Bailey Glen
- 20 OYO of the following at the bottom and top of the hill, quadrophelia up the hill, run down
- Mericans
- Squats
- Dry Docks
- Curls
- Mosey to obstacle course behind Hough
- One round of:
- 10 Pull ups
- 10 Dips
- Climb across monkey bars
- Partner tire flip
- Climb over wall
- One round of:
- Mosey back to launch, quadrophelia up Baielys Glen
- Recover recover

Thankful for the PAX who made thir way out to BRP this morning
Bagboy of Popcorn crushed it on the warm up burpees
Bailey's Glen was a lot longer of a hill than I anticipated, but although there was some grumbles all PAX crushed the quadrophelia
Bagboy and Jersey boy showed up Popcorn and I by flipping a significantly bigger tire than we did
