Five of the baddest mofos around posted at The Estate to work on their BODS. Sadly, we were vastly out numbered by RUNNERS training for P200. EVEN Carpetbagger showed up in full run attire, head-to-toe. After that gut punch we headed out.
We moseyed to the upper playground for warmarama.

Moseyed down to grab a block, then off to track to work on our BODS (burpees, overhead press, dips, squats). We started with burpees at on corner of the track, next corner was over head press, next corner was dips, last corner was squats. In between the corners we ran mostly and mixed in some bear craws and walking lunges.
After a few laps around the track we circled up for block Mary.
