3 Matt's joined YHC this morning for a trip to the rock quarry.  Several woodland creatures made appearances throughout today's sweatfest.  I guess yesterdays murph tired everyone out in SVU :smirk:

While waiting for 0530 the pax has a good time spotlighting the neighborhood fox hunting for breakfast. 

Warmup:

  • SSH X 25IC
  • Merkin X 10IC
  • Imperial Squat Walkers X 15IC
  • Cotton Pickers X 20IC

0535 and no sign of the usual tardy pax so we takeoff on a mosey to the clubhouse.  Head to the rock pile behind the pool and pick out to hand sized rocks.

Thang:

– 1 pax will run around the clubhouse while rest of group will do an exercise with our rocks.

Round 1: Rock Flys

Round 2: Shoulder Press

*Cardinal perches on the pool fence and checks out Skipper's birdchest

Round 3: Forward Lift

Round 4: Rock Curls

*Toad comes up to inspect Tinker and Thuess doing work

Round 5: Rock Twist

Round 7: Lateral Raises

*Mole or mouse comes flying by into the bushes trying to not become breakfast.
