- 10 burpees/15 Opollo Onyo's x 15 (IC) — this was the counter, all else was AMRAP
- 45 lb curl bar: chest press/bent-over rows
- 60 lb sand-bag: squats/35 lb weight: people's chair over head press
- 45 lb weight: curls/skull crushers

- 35 lb kettle bell: swings/curls
