Warm-up:

  • SSH x 20 (IC)
  • Windmill x 10 (IC)
  • IST x 15 (IC)

The Thang:

Five sets of the following:

  • 15 merkins (IC)
  • 10 burpees/15 Opollo Onyo's x 15 (IC)  — this was the counter, all else was AMRAP
  • 45 lb curl bar: chest press/bent-over rows
  • 60 lb sand-bag: squats/35 lb weight: people's chair over head press
  • 45 lb weight: curls/skull crushers

  • 35 lb kettle bell: swings/curls
