X is minimum number required to practice relay handoffs

What is the minimum  number required to practice relay handoffs?  Two.  And that’s what we had.  Thank you 9-Lives for the sad-clown avoidance.  We did a little active warm-up, four miles slowsy, with a few sprinted 200’s and practice handoffs.  It was harder than expected (TWSS).
