Meet-up Starbx – Birkdale started promptly at 5:31 a.m. mosey to Walgreens parking lot for disclaimer and warm-up:
10 Each – Goat Puller, SSH, TS, IST, RS-Left, RS-Right
Run Sam Furr Rd hill to Fake Fountain at Kenton Place
10 each – Dips & Squats
Run to Elevation Church – Peoples Chair until the 6 arrives (Dalton and MacBeth split from the group)
10 each – Air Press, Eddy Merckx (4-time tour de fance champion) or is Freddie Mercury (song Bicycle) – I say Eddy Merckx!
Heck of a lot of mumble chatter – Q challenges PAX to run PR (or tempo) for the final mile after the next meet-up at The Galway Hooker
Run to The Galway Hooker (comfortable pace before the tempo finish)
10 each – Dips, Decline Americans, Step-ups each leg
Tempo back to Launch – it's all downhill. !

Kidrock – Americans, Q – BLC's, Q calls on Thug for next exercise but Thug had enough and started the count off. Frogger – thank you for taking us out!
Moleskin:
Lungs were burning after the tempo downhill run to the finish – we're all COVID free M-16 joined us for Coffee – take care of that knee. MacBeth & Dalton – reappeared and came in hot – the PAX was too slow – they found their own route.
