FNG-1 is Liberace, still not on website. Due to the construction in Birkdale I wanted to meet up by the theater. Six were there minus Ponch at the time so I have the disclaimer and we decided to run down to Starbucks to see if anyone went there. Blackbeard wanted to stay and get coffee. After finding no one else around looking for the workout we ran back to the parking lot by the theater. We stayed in the parking lot for the entire workout and did four corners. Here is how it went down.
We did a review of The Force's monthly Challenge so far. But first the warmup.
First corner – SSH X10 IC

Having set the four corners We started the thang
First we would stay together the whole time.
At the first corner we did 10 Burpees for January.
Second corner was Jack knife LBC's X 10 IC for February.
Third corner was Merkins X 10 IC for March.
Fourth corner was JLO X 10 IC for April.
We did five rounds to get a total of 50 of each of these.
After the third round we had a little mobility moment. Down dog, up dog, pigeon.
Mary was a little preview as we did
hip dips 10 IC both sides. Exercise for May.

Then Blackbeard not to be outdone led Jane Fonda 13 IC each leg.
Recover Recover
Blackbeard was in true form from the start this morning. Mumble chatter off the chain. He does have his Eight year anniversary Q at Fallout in the morning!
Caesar on the other hand quietly put in the hard work like a beast.
Frontier is back after a week of fishing at the beach but wants a new boat. Safe travels to him for work this week. No playing Blackbeard!
It is always great to see Hippie! I was trying to keep up with him.
Liberace continues to impress. We just need to get him on the website.
Ponch showed up at the beginning of the second round. He ran from home 2 miles to the workout but misjudged the time. We thought he was dark tall Pricess Leia coming towards us in the gloom with his big headset on.
