It’s been awhile since I have Q’d Fartlek and forgot it was a running AO. So I decided on plenty of hills and a drive by the gladiator pax. We rearranged their blocks into some sort of Stonehenge layout that certainly has them calling into some crazy late night am radio extraterrestrial call in show. We made 4.45 miles seem easy, because it is if you are an f3 stud. Thanks boys
