13 Pax endured the challenge at the Cauldron. + Colt MOD who are not on the website as far as I can tell
Since the Pax were slow to get moving we started with 10 burpees and bypassed the traditional warm o rama
Workout was set-up to be progressive pain stations.
Start with plank single arm rows 20 count each arm
Then KB WWII sit-ups (or any variation of a sit-up with a KB) – 40 count
Start over with the PSAR's, WWII sit-ups then add KB swings 40 count
Start over with PSAR's, sit-ups, KB swings add 40 curls
Start over with PSAR's, sit-ups, KB swings, curls add 40 squats
There were a few more sets of burpees thrown in along with a Mobility moment, with real mobility (aka sprints)
Alot of mumble chatter and angst over keeping up the pace.
Overall a strong work out by all
