Welcome FNG Mark (Mr. Miyagi) and FNG Jared! (future name pedophile or 6-inch..just YHC's opinion)
After running into Goodlife at the gym he suggested that YHC take a Q and I was happy to oblige. 17 Men including two FNG's came out to the Movie Theatre. Ok, let's correct that, about 6 came to the theatre and 11 came from Total Wine where the work-out typically launches from unbenounced to YHC. Thank you Jersey Boy for rounding everyone up. Once together it went a little something like this…

Mosey to top of Greenway
The Main Thang:
- PAX do 5 burpees at top of Greenway, run to intersection and do 20 mericans, run back for 5 more burpees, run out to bench for 40 jump squats, back to intersection for 20 mericans, and up to top for 5 more burpees. Lastly, run out to bridge, lunge walk to other side, do 20 WWII sit-up, cycle through the other two stops, back up the hill and finish with 5 burpees.

- 4 islands. Start with 2 burpees, run out and back to each island adding 2 burpees per return ending with 8 burpees.

- PAX 1 runs to beginning of the "Short Bridge" and quadrophilia's back-up. PAX 2 does CDD's until PAX 1's return. Flip Flop X 2

- Awesome to see two FNG's out there. Apparently someone tried to steal Omega's FNG credit.
- Rain started right after work-out. God is good
- Much more than expected. Thought threat of rain would keep people away but obviously not.
- Last time YHC was there the meeting spot was theatre. I should have verified with Goodlife. Thanks Jersey boy for rounding everyone up at Total Wine.
- Croc was expecting "upper body" and no running. More running than normal for a Firestone Q.
- Lot's of good names for Jared and I think Mr. Miyagi is great for Mark.
- I have seen a lot of Bad Santa and a few Davidson PAX. Possibly not so rosey in the Peoples Rebublic? A little to oppressive? We will not extradite you if you choose to defect.
- It was awesome to see some folks I have not seen in a while.
