Warmorama:
High Knees, Butt Kicks
The Thang:
1 mile run
Post 1:
- 30 secs Merkins
- 30 secs Mountain Climbers
Alternate the above exercises for 3 minutes
Jump rope 1 minute
Post 2:
- 30 secs Frog Jumps
- 30 secs Freddie Mercurys
Alternate the above for 2 minutes
50 Side Straddle Hops and 15 Burpees
Post 3
- 30 secs Plank
- 30 secs Mason Twists
Alternate the above exercises for 3 minutes
15 Lunge Jumps on each leg
Post 4
- 30 secs Hanging Knee Raises
- 30 secs Merkins
Alternate the above for 2 minutes
Bear Crawl for 1 minute
Cool Down 1 mile jog

- No need for Mary after this workout. She showed up throughout!
- No tarrying at base today, went straight from butt kicks into 1 mile run
- Oktoberfest gets the wheels award today! He catches up to the pax after pulling up to the parking lot as we were leaving!
- Congrats to Natty for winning the Clydesdale/ Masters division of the Lake Norman State Park Tri! Apparently Natty upsets the usuals there, beats them by over a minute! A manimal!
