We had what appeared to be a great start until Omega chastised Hollywood about his use of gloves for Java.  The q made all pay for such comments and found all the rough payment in the area for Merkins and Mtn Climbers.  All did a great job with side squats except a certain former NFL trainer who went his own way and did his own thing.  

We hit the boardwalk as part of our run seeing a bit of the lake in the morning.  Thanks gents!
