6 strong runners met on a mild Saturday morning for a brisk run and some conversations better left untold.
We mixed in some plank, shoulder touch Mericans, and Quadraphilia up a hill in my neighborhood; which is really a jerk thing to do if anyone happens to have asthma. Sorry : (

- 9 Lives met YHC for a brisk #RunStandard at 0530. Always great 2nd F brother. Then good hustle by 9 Lives to get over to LFC for the F3 Dads workout.
- Professor used Excelsior as a warm up to a great 7k race. Outstanding!
- Mooch hit Tantrum with the old "run ahead and splash water from a low branch" prank. Tantrum quickly responded in a way that only Tantrum can.
- Snake Eyes and Tantrum would double down at The Estate. Strong work guys.
- Some conversations from Excelsior will just have to stay at Excelsior.
