10 Posted Thursday morning for some legs/cardio.  Monkey Humpers, with backwards hill run and squats at the top, not the best combo.

The Thang:

Tippy toe lunge across parking lot, MB

Monkey drill RT across lot, MB

Monkey drill LT, MB

Duck walk, MB

 

Partner Up:

Partner 1 does peoples chair, partner 2 to top small hill for 10 merkins, declining by 2 each time up

MB to playground for meat grinder

Partner 1 does monkey humpers, partner 2 backwards run up hill, 10 squats, declining by 2 each time
