Frog hop up the ramp. Lunge walk down.

  • Sumo Squat x 10 IC

Moleskine

  • Pain was brought to Night Ranger and the pax loved it. Everyone earned their beer and tacos/sushi.

  • Doubles was there but wanted to keep his marbles intact, so he just sat and watched.
  • The 2nd F after the workout is always a good time. Even Amen showed up at the bar!
