T-Bone, Snake Eyes, BEP, and Frontier all did running standards of various routes and speeds
Turnpike, 66, and YHC did a ruck standard of a single distance and single speed.

Tha' Mole's Kin:
T-Claps to everyone who made it out of bed and to the workout today. You guys are the reason I show up. Thanks for following the shenanigans today, hopefully you got something out of it.
Things started out pretty nice this morning, just a quick mosey along the sidewalk, over to the field, then uh oh!… Splatt!!! Sqush!! Squash! We had quickly found the juiciest, wettest, most moist location in the whole park. You're welcome PAX
We didn't go through the sprinklers to get wet, we were already wet, the sprinklers were just to clean off a bit
Note to self, penalty burpees don't work with this group. I bet you'd do them if this was a spartan race
This week makes 2 years of F3 for me. If you didn't make it to Fallout today, c'mon over to Robbin's Park on Wednesday, or The Foundry on Friday (my acutally F3-iversary), cuz I'd like to thank you for what you have given me over the past 24 months. As always, keep giving it away, someone you know needs F3, and F3 needs them.
If I missed anything or you would just like to prove that this backblast was read, go ahead and sound off below.
