You don’t have to leave the circle


The Thang :

Today's idea was to never leave the circle. SO … as always I had on one plan when arriving to the Circle we know as The Rock or after this weekend we will call it The Budda for a while. As I arrived I see Lady Bug getting in some extra mileage around the square and of course Cupcake is there working hard on his beach body as he has to look good this week end for the RC Beach trip or RCVDWusa beacuse he will have to fighting off the blue hair ladies and the 2.99 grade point average college girls. Any way .. here is what we did but in no particular order because I just don't remember the order.

Plank till Lady Bug and Mailman get to the circle as we started promply on time according to Lear's watch.

1 – Merkin / 10 X IST

2- Merkin / 15- SSH

3 – Merkins / 10- KB swings – OYO

4- Merkins / 10  One arm press

5- Merkins / 10 round the world

6- Merkins / NEW exercise – now named the T-Bow – Kneel on one knew … KB up and over 10 X – Switch to other knee

7- Merkins / KB one arm statch and press

8- Merkins / KB curls X 10

9 – Merkins / KB skull crushers X 10 

10 – Merkins / KB one arm press from waist…

Next round was pretty much the same but did 1 to 10 KB LBC's and added some presses … lawn mower pulls … merkin drags etc..

Third round was the same but we did – 8 count body builders till we got to 8 count… 

Lastly we all held the KB over head and Pink Slip started a round of duck duck goose… this was fun for the PAX and luckly no one was injured… I think this will be fun at the beach but maybe – tackle … 

Lastly – I think Hummer pre-blasted as he thought he was Q and since I did not see the pre-blast I had no idea and so didn't know any better… sorry Hummer.
