- 10 squats at the launch pad
- Run up the chute to the top of the parking – Quadriphelia style
- Karaoke across toward the next chute
- When you get halfway across, switch from karaoke right-to-left (or vice versa)
- Run down the chute to the sidewalk at the gravel road
- Drop for 10 LBCs
- Run to the down-under bars for, what else? Down-unders (10)
- On your way to the pull-up bars, pick one of the tire flipping options and flip your tire a few times
- Run to the pull-up bars for, you guessed it, pull-ups (5)
- Run back toward the launch pad and bear-crawl (or crawl bear) up the steps
- Lather, rinse, repeat – as necessary
