Grab KB head to other side of parking lot with smaller sections

Square gets bigger and increase the reps by 2 for each lap until you reach 20 count for each exercise.  We only made it to the round of 18 reps. 

 

Last lap included 3/4 the parking lot

Dingo made a promise to show up two weeks ago and he kept his word.  

 

Good work by Crimson and Dingo.  They kept the Q in check when one of the exercises was left off.  The temperature felt great but still very humid. 

Roxie and Gracie represented the two dogs.  Roxie fetched the tennis ball while Gracie loved stealing it from her.
