You only need 3 for soccer

3 PAX showed up on a brisk morning and the fun began.

The Thang:

 

since numbers were low we had to get creative.

 

started off with 2v1 soccer where if the goalie stopped the shot they chose the workout, and if the other 2 PAX scored they chose. 10 reps of whatever workout was chosen. (Don’t let Jersey Boy win he picks burpees)

 

after each person was a goalie we ran up and down the field throwing the frisbee to get some cardio.

 

3 rounds of that then we transitioned into short field 1v1 soccer with an all time offensive player and man talk about cardio! Waffle House looked like Ronaldo (that’s a soccer player right?) while JB and I looked like we belonged on the bench.

 

WH had to dip out a bit early to get to his 2.0’s soccer game so JB and I ran and threw the frisbee some more until the clock ran out.
