YHC sent out a hint at the beatdown via Tweetergram yesterday and PAX still showed up. Some newer got a taste of what it takes to be "Country Strong." FNG-1 is Mario.

Hefty Indian Run around parking lot
First PAX leads the way lugging a weighted Hefty trash bag. Don't ask what's in there if you don't really want to know.
Last PAX drops and does 3 Hand Release merkins and proceeds to the front to take the coupon.
THE THANG
The PAX are instructed to each grab a coupon out of the back of the truck. Here's what they got.
12lb Sledgehammer
20lb Fence post puller
48" x 42" weathered pallet (~45lb)
4"x"4x 8" Post nailed to a rough sawn "2 x 6" (Heavy)
THE SchoolBell…cast iron farm bell (~50lb)
2 five gallon Diesel filled cans (40lb each)
40lb Feed bag
2.5 gallon water bucket (20lb)
Sand bucket (40lb)
PAX line the coupons up and the Sledgehammer is the timer. They run with hammer to the tire in the practice field (~100 yards), and perform X amount of hammer slams on the tire and return. X=how ever many the PAX next to them in line "suggest."

REFLECTION

"With joy you will draw water from the wells of salvation."
Keep joy in your heart and everything seems a bit easier.
MUMBLECHATTER
-Welcome Lombardi, LeBron, LeMond, LaBon from HVille! He recently moved to Denver, Stanley, Pumkin Center, or somewhere local. He jumped right in and got to work.
-This is a fun one for YHC as he gets to just pick up heavy things laying around the mini farm and roll with it.
-2 diesel cans there but no Diesel
-Clark arrived early and didn't know what to do. "So we just stand around and talk to each other?"
-We heard a "This is a me vs. me workout" to which he was informed "well both of you are losing."
-Many PAX seemed to be having a really good time with THE SchoolBell which may have been due to trying to wake up Clubber.
-Apparently not enough legs this morning as Clark and Abrams put some extra credit running in after, Abrams ran AGAIN at lunch, and Mater put together an OTB thursday run at Mustang. Don't be afraid to get swole y'all.
-Weirdly enough a few PAX had to leave early when the rain came at 0610.
-Such a pleasure to lead and be led by this group.
