A very brisk Friday morning, perfect to finish out the IPC! Thought it was going to be a sad clown moment, then Pancho rolled in at 5:28 (fortunately he did not see my Twitter post). Uncle Rico came in hot ~5 minutes late…then preceded to lap me, then Pancho, and then finish out his 43 minutes of pain.
- The cool weather was a relief and definitely helped
- The 80's rock/metal mix was fine addition to the routine
- Did not record everyone's results but I believe Pancho crushed his reps from earlier in the week and Uncle Rico took care of business as usual.
- Uncle Rico shared some words to take us through the day…and through life
