Standard warm up exercises in cadence
The Thang
Grab a block and mosey to track
Run a half lap
40 Bonnie Blair’s (20 each leg)
Run half lap back to blocks
40 Curls
Repeato with the following
30 Apollo Onos
30 Overhead Press
20 Jump Squats
20 Skull Crushers
10 burpees
100 combined mericans/block chest presses
Mosey with blocks to other field near hill
Partner up
100 combined reps of exercises above with partner
Partner 1 runs up and down hill while partner 2 does exercises. Switch until 100 reps is reached for each exercise

I’m not sure he kept the mumblechatter “at bay” since it was heard throughout the workout, but he did a great job ignoring it! Nice workout!
