You’re in it!


15 strong came out Thursday for my long overdue Q.

Thank you to Schneider for EH’ing me a year ago. I have made great strides.  We missed you Thursday, but I am glad that you are on the mend. We will continue to pray for your recovery.

I also owe Hippie, Scrappy and Special Sauce for encouraging me. Special Sauce spent time with me developing a workout and giving me confidence to lead. I truly appreciate his support and guidance.  I felt well prepared and had a restful sleep awaiting the MubbleChatter that I knew would ensue.

Preparation met opportunity.  I was so focused on HTC and the exercises that I really could not hear anything but my own counts with my hat over my ears, as it was 32 degrees warm.

Callahan ribbed me at bit that I said after “Starting Position” instead of “Move”.  I said “You’re in it!”  I’ll say at least I was consistent. 🙂  I will surely learn for my next Q.

Moleskin:

  1. Disclaimer blunder. Once I knew there were not any FNG’s, I just fast-forwarded start the first exercise.  Everybody chimed in and I went through the disclaimer as I should. I just wanted to get on with it.
  2. I cannot count cadence well, caught ribbing for it.  I could use some remedial training. However, Shaken noted I was better than Shoe. Shoe wasn’t even present and he caught grief.
  3. Besides getting charged by Special Sauce and Geek that I short cut my own Burpee count.  I saw Geek’s tweet “Great work Magnus, especially when you make the PAX do twice as many reps as the Q! Ha!”  I really thought that was funny.
  4. Scrappy thought Oyster and I were one in the same until he paired us up. Yes, Oyster is better looking as he mentioned.
  5. I do take requests as in the Dying Cockroach for Oyster. I had to make-up for the Burpee‘s for the WD.
  6. Thank you for the opportunity to lead.  I was humbled by the turnout.
