- abs – LBC, high flutter, box cutter, crunchy frogs
- repeat
- lunge the parking lot
- mosey to main road to get more mail
- broken down burpees – increase by 1 merkin each mailbox
- mosey to base.
- MARY: plank, dying cockroach, 6 inch hold, gas pump
Moleskine:
