Warmorama: SSH, Merkins, LBCs, low flutter, plank, windmill, CPs

The Thang:

  • Mosey to main road where they get lots of mail
  • starting at 5 Merkins, increase by 5 at every mailbox. Too much mail – adjusted to 15 inclines, 15 declines, 10 diamonds to seel the hurt
  • Mosey to gazebo
  • 20 step ups each leg, 20 dips, 20 declines. 
  • abs – LBC, high flutter, box cutter, crunchy frogs
  • repeat
  • lunge the parking lot
  • mosey to main road to get more mail
  • broken down burpees – increase by 1 merkin each mailbox
  • mosey to base.  
  • MARY: plank, dying cockroach, 6 inch hold, gas pump

Moleskine:

  • hot, humid, sweaty
  • Conquerer forgot alarm, but made it anyway!  We were glad to see him – keeping his commitment.  You can do it too, Paris!
