Ziplock pulls a Kumquat

Well, Zippy (Ziplock) was supposed to have the Q.  Talked a big game on Slack, then pulled a Kumquat and fartsacked his own Q.  We got you covered Zippy.  No worries. YHC covered you today with an insta-Q.  How it went down, well you really had to be there, but let me see if I can recall it.  I'm sure I will screw something up, so correct me in the comments.

The PAX see's someone walking towards us, could it be Zippy…nope, it's just our friendly tomato that walks the track when we are there.
Mosey to the pull-up bar.  On the way to the pull-up bar another person pulls up in a truck…could this be zippy?  Nope, this was a potential Silverbullet F3 member who apparently also came to walk the track following arm surgery.

At the Pull-up bar PAX forms 2 lines.  2 PAX members complete 10 pull-ups (Cobains to you that posted for the full Angie in SVU yesterday 100 pull-ups in a row) while the rest of the PAX holds peoples chair.  Rotate through x2.  If a PAX member calls for help on the pull-up bar (#ISI and help a brother up to 10 reps.)

Mosey to the rock pile.  PAX grabs a rock.  There were at least 2 rocks the size of Texa$.

Mulligan talked about hoping that we don't rotate so that he doesn't get a big rock.  YHC hears this and calls "rotate 3 to the right". Which stuck Mulligan with a big rock for round 2

Much hate on the 100 yd Lunge Walk that some were complaining the endzones added an extra 20 yards.
Several were really hoping Zippy would post before the 100 yards of pain set in.
