So the Blender was one of my first workouts (4 corners) and it was terrible.  Since then, always loved coming to the Blender as you know it will be beat down, so I hoped to keep the tradition going. Probably a lot more running than desired by most of the PAX, but still hope it pushed you.

The thang:

Partner up

•    Partner one runs about 300 yards
•    Partner two does 8-10- burpees and 12-15 KB Swings
•    Flapjack
•    Repeat 3 rounds

Grab a Bell

•    20 SSH with KB being pushed overhead on each one
•    4 broad jump burpees 
•    20 Merkins

  • Four broad jump burpees back
  • 15 merkins
  • Repeat 2 rounds

 

Stay partnered up – which didn't work due to confusion and mumblechatter so we worked out together on this round

•    20 KB Swings
•    10 Snatches each arm
•    Run about 200 yards
•    10 thrusters (squat to overhead press)
•    Repeat 3 rounds

Run to Front of church

•    10 toe touches In cadence (Rocky Balboa's) do 3 burpees (all burpees were hand release)
•    12 toe touches 6 burpees
•    14 toe touches 9 burpees
•    16 toe touches 12 burpees
•    18 toe touches 9 burpees
•     20 toe touches 6 burpees
