Today was a good day to combine hill work and speed work and that’s what we did. We ran to the intersection of the bottom of Chadsley & Hardcore Hill. From there we ran to the first mailbox on each street at an elevated pace. We recovered on the downhill and then ran to the 2nd mailbox, 3rd… All in we got to mailbox 13 or 14 on each street, picking up 250 feet of elevation in the process. A great start to the day.
