F3 Inaugural “4 Workout” option at MMM


We had a little something for everyone:

Callahan walked due to an injury

Oyster Ran because,..not sure why.  Showed up a little late?

Eeyore, Airstream and Ichabod did the Murph.

The rest of us did a nearly “feet planted” KB workout with a series of descending curls, OH presses, Skull Crushers, squats.  We tied it all in doing two rounds (5 then 10 later IC) of 10 count Bodybuilders.  These are just like 8 Count BB, but we do two squats at the front end rather than just the one.

We added some praying mantis, calf raises with plenty of plank in btw where I was accused of interrogating the pax while in the plank.  I really just want to get to know everyone better.

 

I also borrowed a Toby piece doing a Time bomb like arm circles (fwd and back), Morrocans and wing flapper while we go around the circle with each pax counting out 10.  Always seems easy at the start…

It was especially good to see DryRub and Spitfire posting as I haven’t seen those dudes in a bit.  Keep it up in 2024!!  I know Spitfire is on a three week roll!

 

Prayers out to Crablegs and his family and to Riverboat whose father was just buried last Saturday.  Be men of gratitude!
