FKT took a trip to the infamous GaGa this morning.

Jobe did Jobe things and got his 0500 standard in with core at 0520 which YHC and Popcorn joined in for the core work.

AM-PM showed thanks to some peer pressure from PC but we’re glad he was there!

The Thang:

Run a little over a mile to the GaGa loop.

11’s around the loop:

– Burpees at the start, Bonnie Blair’s at the end

– 10 burpees, run loop, 1 set of Bonnie Blair’s

– Repeato until you get down to 1 burpee and 10 Bonnie Blair’s

We didn’t have time to get all the way to the end but I think all PAX decided to buck up and get all the exercises in before running back to launch.

In total we got extra credit and nearly 5 miles, AM-PM ran extra to get the full 5 and Jobe got over 7 with his standard!

Moleskin:

– Peer pressure isn’t always a bad thing because who knows if anyone other than Jobe would’ve been there this morning if not for PC’s encouragement the night before

– Jobe was blaming his kids for him feeling tired 

– Popcorn took the FKT crown this morning (is that a thing still?)

– Cobra wasn’t feeling great but still crushed it this morning which included him running to and from the workout!

– No one was able to break Legos GaGa record, maybe another time.
