Drebin was the only member of the swole patrol to show to hold me accountable, Snake Eyes and Turnpike needed extra sleepies this morning. We discussed domestic matters in between some flat bench and shrugs, curls and dumbbell shoulder presses, and some mary and a set of strict pull-ups. Always a great start to the week.
