Hollywood Q vs Q

This was suppose to be the match up for the ages (not).

To the point, it was really cold. So the guys that showed and worked out on a sub 30 degree March morning are tough dudes.

Kosar’s (me) strategy if you call it that was to just workout. I am not funny, fun or entertaining. But if given the chance will give you a hard work out if you choose to follow.
– I brought 4 inch cinder blocks from the office, enough for all.
– moved to the other parking lot and focused on Curls, Shoulder Press, Squats, Merkins
– run a lap stopping to do some burpees
 – > basically repeat.

That about summed up my 1/2

Omaha had a St. Pat’s theme. On his 2 hour drive from Raleigh the night before that got him in at midnight is where this luck of the Irish plan came together.
– It started with a jog, because that his how you got to the bar.
– He incorporated water jugs that we passed around in a tight circle
– Because we drank to much, we fell down
– add in some walking lunges
– some nice ab work
– then we had to get back home.

It was very creative and I am doing it zero justice. My back blast are week. But The comment section allows for the details to be added back in.

The Pax came together and with the thinnest of margin I (Kosar) pulled off the upset. A true David vs Goliath.

I was suppose to battle Soprano, but his torn bicep ended that. Thanks Omaha for stepping up.

Thanks to the PAX that supported both of us, that is what this is all about.

On to round 2

Cheers

Kosar

PS – I think Omaha is planning to crush me at water wings, show to know
