100+ F3 pax from various regions ran, rucked, cheered, volunteered and otherwise crushed the Huntersville Half Marathon and Hustle 10K (Cobains if YHC missed your name…prob missed a bunch but please comment below and YHC will add it in):

Volunteers: This is one of the biggest annual opportunities to have a huge impact on our local running community. The race director and volunteer coordinator from the Huntersville Half are always so appreciative of our efforts to man half of their water stops not to mention the hundreds of runners you help PR and crush their race. So thankful for Poptart #HIM and the many volunteers that gave their time this morning to hand out water and cheer on runners. Thank you thank you thank you!

Pax Cheering from the Course: The pax can't help but step out on to the course to cheer on the runners. YHC really appreciated the calls for burpees from Lawn Dart after coming out of Harvington. Its always fun to see Ms, 2.0s, and the pax giving their time to cheer on runners. Thank you thank you thank you!

Runners & Ruckers: Wow you men brought it this morning. From the pax that pushed for a new ruck division…BOOM…to the many stories of PRs. It was awesome this morning. Cherry Bomb ran a ~20 min 5K last night only to turn around and go sub 44 in the 10K…BOOM! Mini Me cutting 7 minutes off his best time…BOOM! Slingshot and Enron going well under 2 hours…BOOM! Pitstop cheering on others while crushing a sub 1:50…BOOM! YHC could go on and on and on. Didn't know everyones goals but by the smiles it was obvious how much fun and success the pax had this morning.

Posting this BB because this is our home race and you deserve it. F3 and Isotope are truly the heart and soul of this race. F3 was everywhere this morning. Men from Orlando, Indian Hill, MECA, Afton, etc. Most importantly, there was a buzz about what F3 is and YHC is confident there will be some FNGs because of it, because of YOU!

If you missed out, registration opens up on National Running Day in the summer. There will be an F3 discount code and we are already looking for someone to step up to lead the volunteers for 2022.

Until the next time…
