I77 Repeat

  • Just back from Spain so felt it was Time for another trip around route I77.  
    Warm up
  • SSH, WM, CP, D/Up Dog, Calf Raises, “Stairway to 11”
  • Main Thang! Mosey around lot with frequent (11) stops for 7 x burpees, squats, dips, merkins, step ups, pull ups etc.  Back to launch pad for KB time:  ribbons, curls, presses, crushers, rows, dead lifts and squats.  Finish with KB drag to top of lot in plank position with +1 merkin after every 4 drags. ladder to 7 then down to 1.  Return KBs.
  • Pray out.  Good to be back!
