Ponch and YHC for early 4:30 standard then he had to get ready to protect and serve. Tantrum, Freedom and Jingle showed around 5 to ruck. Ping and Snake Eyes completed the crew and we started with some warmup.
Basically we did 10 stations with blocks around parking lot. Zamparini to next station, do exercise, run back to last station and back then get block and zamparini to next station and so on.
