I may have missed a few guys who headed in for early coffee to beat the Cauldron guys.

My quick COT – there are many who aren’t returning or will never try F3 because its too early in the morning.  Men, nothing in our lives has enduring value except those things that we have to sacrifice for or deal with at least some discomfort.  Thank you all for making that decision today, for yourselves and one another.  

We did a little loop through the Bus Park and into the Cedarfield greenway where we have many options to return to base.  Some did 3.5 miles.  About 8 of us did 5.0.  Great start of the weekend.
