Scrap Skin:

  1.  Nice to get in 2 miles at Paininsula.  The morning was absolutely beautiful and the weather was perfect.  Felt really good to stride it out.  Mean mean strides.   Hope you enjoyed the Tom Sawyer on the Jail Break.
  2. YHC didn’t factor the SIX taking 5 minutes to run a 1/2 mile home and therefore the SIX came in 1 minute late.  I’ll take the Q fail here, but looking forward to seeing the SIX increase their fitness on the jailbreak if I am ever allowed to Q here again.  Ha.
  3. Thank you Outlaw for the opportunity.  I was playing music too loud to mumble chatter.  Hopefully you men at least enjoyed DJ Scrappy’s playlist as follows:

“Money for Nothing” by Dire Straits

“Born to Be My Baby” by Bon Jovi

“Courtesy of the Red White and Blue” by Toby Keith

“Back in Time” by Huey Lewis & The News

“Danger Zone” by Kenny Loggins

“Once in a Lifetime” by Talking Heads

“Lunatic Fringe” by Red Rider

“Gimme Shelter” by The Rolling Stones

“Tom Sawyer” by Rush

“Linger” by the Cranberries

4.  A handful of RESPECT-RESPECT men here.  I am encouraged to see how fit you men are into your SIXTIES.  Thankful for this group of men and for pushing me to be better.  This is the “Finest” AO in all of the TOPE.  Keep being the LIGHT to others in a dark world.  Stand up for what you believe in and honor God in your words, deeds and actions.

Pray for Mario, Jeff and his family and the other prayer requests in the COT.

AYE,

Scrappy
