YHC woke up and ready to go. Who has Wilderness, self thought. No one….. Ok I need to claim the day! Lets go! 4 men came out to join YHC for some light running and rock work. We ran to the rock pile while stopping a few times for pain stations. Grab a rock that would make your momma proud and unite at the round about. We performed 2 rock exercises followed by bear crawls, running and lunges around the circle. Repeato…. a lot. Ran back with some pain stations and then passed around Mary.
